Leibs served as media relations specialist at Ecora and Newmarket International and as communications manager for Teletutor/VCampus.  His writing has appeared in numerous trade and mainstream publications, including the Boston Globe, Computer Reseller News, the Portsmouth Herald, San Francisco Examiner, and the Union Leader.
