Morrow's duties include economic development, database management, and coordination of special projects.

Morrow holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of New Hampshire's Whittemore School of Business and Economics. Morrow has held administrative and web design positions, most recently at Prevention Innovations, an organization that uses education to combat violence against women.
