(IDC) a leader in content-managed website development, marketing, and programming services, has been selected by data warehousing giant Kalido to provide major enhancements to the company's website (www.kalido.com). Projects completed thus far include integrating the site's data collection processes with Salesforce.com, enabling Kalido's sales and marketing teams to respond to customers more efficiently. IDC is also assuming Kalido's Web Hosting responsibilities.
Integration with Salesforce.com IDC created a seamless solution that pulls crucial customer data from Kalido's web databases and displays it in Salesforce.com. Accounts, including contact transactions, are found automatically, and notifications are sent to the appropriate account manager and are tracked on the site. The integration enables Kalido to process web leads in minutes instead of hours.
